What the label says:

The fly-fishermen, or “Flyers” of the Dorset Stour are celebrated in this warming beer with ginger overtones, rumoured to be originally included to remedy the bites of the Blandford Fly.  The brew’s roundedsweetness makes it an ideal accompniment to a hot lamb biryani or spicy crispy chilli beef.  We’ve been brewing in the heart of Dorset since 1777.

What the Beerdrinker says:

A really amber coloured beer with a good lager-like head.  It’s nose is sweet and yeasty.  It is incredibly sweet with an orange marmalade taste.  It tastes akin to the liquid content of a cointreau chocolate liqueur.
