What the Beerdrinker says:

This beer has a tight very foamy head that lasts.  Its nose is very yeasty with a slight citric aroma.

The initial taste is mildly of orange, followed by a strong bitter punch and after taste.  It is refreshing and leaves a real tingle on the tip of the tongue.  Its bitter aftertaste lasts long after the beer is swallowed.  If the beer is sipped, it is much sweeter and less bitter.  The bottle states the beer is best served chilled, but doing so hides much of the complexity of this excellent beer.
