What the label says:

Brewed with Maris Otter, Caramalt, Wheat & Crystal malts, with Pilgrim Cascade, Wilamette and Chinook hops, Mad Goose has a light copper colour with a great hop character & citric overtones that do not detract from the creamy finish.  Mad Goose is best served with white meats or poultry.

What the Beerdrinker says:

A golden coloured ale with a citric nose which translates into a subtle peach taste with a grapefruit aftertaste.  It is quite dry and the tastes are subtle, meaning that once your taste buds are acclimatised to the beer, it tastes of nothing much at all.  Once beyond the first mouthful it is nondescript and bland.
